Choix du traitement de première intention dans le carcinome hépatocellulaire avancé
Résumé
Depuis 2018, le paysage thérapeutique du carcinome hépatocellulaire (CHC) de stade avancé non résécable a rapidement évolué. Au cours des dernières années, diverses thérapies systémiques et approches thérapeutiques ont été explorées. La thérapie systémique s’est principalement appuyée sur les inhibiteurs de la tyrosine kinase (ITK). Toutefois, les inhibiteurs de points de contrôle immunitaire (IPCI) sont entrés plus récemment dans l’arsenal thérapeutique.
